A creepy move towards a Minority Report / Big Brother society or essential for attack prevention?

You probably haven't heard of WeCU. The company even appears not to have a website. In a couple of years they could be big news. They claim to have combined psychology with behavioral sciences to be able to identify "terrorists" (I only use the term in inverted commas (c.f. Phil Rees' Dining with Terrorists)). If it works it could potentially save a lot of lives. Obviously a lot more information is needed (read the Haaretz article) and I'm distinctly uncomfortable giving the state such power to "read" its citizens. What to you think?
