Matt Damon on Sarah Palin

Does she believe in dinosaurs? How is she going to use her folksy charm to star down VV Putin? Is this a disney movie?

Watch the video below. Damon poses the concerns and questions we would all like answered.

A RESPONSE TO ACTOR MATT DAMON ...

MATT ...

Everyone knows that you and Ben Afflick have been in the tank for Obama, way before Palin even entered the campaign.

You're just an actor. Your lines are written for you, just like a speech writer creates the lines for Obama. A director tells you what to do each moment . Make-up people and costurme designers work on your appearance. Other than that, you're just like anybody else, except you seem to think that since you're
a manufactured celebrity, your opinion means more, but it doesn't.

QUESTION:
IS PALIN QUALIFIED COMPARED TO OBAMA ?

Once again ... if you compare McCain/Palin's track record with Obama/Biden's, it's no contest. McCain/Palin are a hundred times more qualified to lead this country. McCain/Palin show scores of actual achievements and solid service to America, while once again, Obama's track record is one of excessive absences from his responsibilities, and all talk with no actual experience, or contributions to America.
Like Governor Palin has pointed out ... Obama had the time to write two memoirs, but never wrote one piece of significant legislation ... not even when he was in the state legislature. Regarding earmarks, and the economy ... If Obama gets elected, his irresponsible and clueless ideas for shifting America's wealth would turn the U.S.A. into a third world country, with businesses laying off employees to keep their doors open. Obama's ideas for national security would de-fang America and make us weak, putting us at the mercy of the world's tyrants

Wow, Do you think he asked the same questions of Obama, we have gotten this far and don't know about his true associations? I am so glad his daughters have no chance in hell at being a President or Vice President someday with a sexist father!

Let's not forget Obama has only been a senator for 3 years and 7 months - not that much longer than Palin's 21 months in office. More to the point, McCain has over 20 years of experience as a senior senator in one of America's remotest states, and had fought long and hard (literally) for his country - both as a young soldier and a septuagenarian politician. He doesn't appear to have ever given up on his beliefs or principles, not even (especially not, in fact) during his 5 and a half year-long ordeal as a PoW in Vietnam where he suffered (and rebelled) under almost constant torture and pressure to aid the North Vietnamese's anti-america propaganda.
Now these are not things one would normally find on a politician's CV. I don't think anyone would or could question McCain's dedication to his country, it's countrymen, and the notion of 'liberty'.
Moving back to Palin - she might be a hardarse Creationist and mother of a pregnant teenager, she's also a young woman in a world dominated by aging white men. I'd give it to her hands down for even making mayor, let alone governor of the biggest state in the country. Noone would argue that she has lashings of charm and charisma, and, with the guidance of McCain, might well become a real asset to his presidency.

Oh - did I also mention she's HOT.
Matt's pretty yummy too had he not made irrelevant remarks on the importance of dinosaurs in the US presidential campaign.
